Jeremey Stover brings over 30 years of construction and management experience, overseeing complex residential, commercial, institutional, and federal projects from concept through completion. As President of Rapid Springs Enterprises, he leads all aspects of project planning and construction management with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Jeremey has managed multi million-dollar projects for a variety of clients including VDOT, MWAA, the National Park Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and private clients. He approaches each project with a collaborative approach to bring all stakeholders together to deliver successful projects.



Jeremey holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University. He is a Virginia Class A licensed contractor,  LEED Accredited Professional, certified in Construction Quality Management (USACE) and OSHA 30.
